Renowned Scientist Claims Proof of God’s Existence

Just this week, the internet was abuzz with an article saying that a highly respected scientist has declared he has found evidence that God exists. Instantly, this sparked debates in social media especially between believers and non-believers.  The non-believers said headlines were misconstrued to mislead readers.

In an article posted on the website of the Geophilosophical Association of Anthropological and Cultural Studies (AGEAC), physicist Dr. Michio Kaku stated that instead of the world being formed by random forces, “I have concluded that we are in a world made by rules created by an intelligence.”

He affirmed, “Believe me, everything that we call chance today won’t make sense anymore.  To me it is clear that we exist in a plan which is governed by rules that were created, shaped by a universal intelligence and not by chance.” In a video, Kaku said that “the goal of physics is to find an equation…which will allow us to unify all the forces of nature and allow us to read the mind of God.”

His theory actually runs contrast to the theory of another respected physicist Dr. Stephen Hawking  who said that “the world is the work of scientifically explainable phenomena, not of a supreme being.” The truth is science and God have perennially been on opposite sides of the pole.  But, could it be that the more scientists try to prove that there is no God, the more God reveals Himself to them?  And if God chooses to reveal Himself to Dr. Kaku in this manner, then who are we to question God?

Here is the link to the article:

We commend Dr. Kaku’s efforts to prove that God exists, especially for the sake of the non-believers.  (According to the latest research, 23% of adult Americans don’t believe in God.) But when we depend on scientific evidence to believe that God exists then faith dissipates because true faith requires no proof.

“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.  For by it the men of old received divine approval.  By faith we understand that the world was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made out of things which do not appear.” – Hebrews 11:1-3
